Clients can call BFSG’s Southfield, MI office and ask for their asset’s servicing manager by name rather than dealing with prompts and 1-800 numbers. If the situation warrants, clients can even schedule appointments or face-to-face meetings with real life BFSG servicing personnel.
Bernard Financial Group has separate personnel for CMBS primary servicing. Bernard Financial Servicing Group is a CREFC compliant Primary Servicer for CMBS loans and carries the appropriate levels of Fidelity Bond and Error and Omissions insurance coverage. BFSG currently services approximately $4,400,000,000 in loans and uses a separate platform for CMBS servicing.
